Practical Ways to Help

Our Teacher & Parent Survey revealed that those surveyed described "general supplies" as #1 in areas lacking from classroom and educational experiences.

Supplies may be sent with your child or dropped off to the office. Please indicate they are for PTA's Year-Round Supply Drive.

You also have the option to make a monetary donation that will will be used for our Mini Classroom Grants, by clicking here. 

Our goal is to deliver coffee for our faculty and staff members, tentatively the first Monday of each month for the elementary, middle school, and high school during the school year in appreciation to their dedication and commitment to our youth.

You can sponsor our coffee for all three schools for the month with $85.00. For an additional $65.00, snacks or a small treat will be provided for the staff and teachers at Sturgis Elementary School.

Items that tend to be in high need for our Nurse Office are new underwear and new pants. During winter months, waterproof mittens are in short.

To meet our goal of reaching each school once per month, we require 6 volunteers per month to deliver coffee (2 volunteers per school).

One of our best fundraisers of the year is our Scholastic Book Fair, that annually occurs during the week of the Sturgis Elementary School Conference week! 

​

In order to have a successful event, we do need some time from our outstanding volunteers. We plan to have plenty of volunteers available during the SES school conference time slots, so that if your child has a conference during your volunteer time, you may step away to attend your own child's conference.
